CityReach Care Society Deleted: is a registered non-profit organization that provides tangible support to individuals and families across East Vancouver, the Tri-Cities, and Surrey. Programs such as Food for Families, Club Freedom, and the HOPE Project offer groceries, hot meals, and personalized case management for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. CityReach focuses on building safe, inclusive communities through partnerships and volunteer efforts.

Hope For Freedom Society
The Hope For Freedom Society operates a program of outreach to persons homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Tri-Cities under contract to BC Housing. Two outreach workers seek out homeless persons where they live, establishing contact, developing rapport, and connecting them with available resources and services when they are ready.

Integrated Homelessness Action Response Teams (IHART)
The Integrated Homelessness Action Response Teams (IHART) are funded by Fraser Health and operate in a number of communities in Metro Vancouver including but not limited to the Tri-Cities/New Westminster, Surrey and Langley. Please check there website at the link provided to check if they operate in your community. They are made up of teams of health professionals including Nurses, Outreach Workers, Peer Support Workers, Mental Health Clinicians.

Access Youth Outreach Services
Access Youth Outreach Services is a long-standing nonprofit supporting young people ages 12 to 23 in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. Founded in 1993 as PoCoMo Youth Services and renamed in 2013 to reflect its expanded reach, the organization focuses on meeting youth where they are through street-based outreach, one-to-one support, and trusted relationship-building. Access Youth works with young people who may be isolated, marginalized, street-involved, or at risk of homelessness, helping them stay connected to services, strengthen family and community ties, and access timely resources. As one of the region’s pioneers in street outreach, Access Youth continues to play a vital role in improving the safety, stability, and overall quality of life for vulnerable youth in the Tri-Cities.
